Reservations Policy

In order to provide you with the best customer service and quality tours, we have several reservation guidelines that we ask you to follow. This ensures that you receive your tour reservation confirmation in a timely manner.

1.) Our online reservations process is completed by our reservations personnel to ensure that you are given the best customer service. This also guarantees that when you call our reservations department, we'll know how to assist you.

2.) Please reserve your tours at least one week in advance.

3.) Your credit card will be charged within 24 to 48 hours after making your online reservations.

4.) If you wish to cancel or change your tour plans with us, please notify us via telephone at least three days prior to your tour date. You will be assessed a 100% penalty charge if you cancel your tour within 24 hours prior to your tour schedule.

5.) We only pick up passengers within the Waikiki, Kahala, and Ala Moana areas (including the Kahala Mandarin Hotel and the Pagoda Hotel). Unfortunately, we cannot pick up passengers who are staying at hotels near the airport area (i.e. Plaza Hotel/Best Western, Holiday Inn). We also cannot pick up passengers at residential areas.
