Question: I don't see any pickup location information. Where do you pick up your passengers? Answer: We pick up our passengers at most hotels within Waikiki and Ala Moana including the Kahala Mandarin Hotel in Kahala, except for our Waikele Center and Waikele Premium Outlets Trolley Tour (Tour 10), where we give specific pickup and drop locations (please see Tour 10 Page for more information). When reserving your tours online, we basically ask for your hotel of choice and we'll pick up from your hotel lobby. All you have to do is show up on your tour date at the time specified and hop onboard! Question: Do you do pickups from the airport? Answer: Unfortunately, we do not pickup from the airport due to our licensing restrictions. However, you can still get on any of our tours. You can take the bus or a cab to Aloha Tower Marketplace and wait for our tour bus by the entrance. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to reach Aloha Tower by cab, and about 35 minutes by bus. Please note that we need you to be at Aloha Tower Marketplace 15 to 20 minutes before your tour schedule. Question: What type of buses do you use on your tours? Answer: We use deluxe mini-coach buses that seat 25 to 27 passengers per tour, with the exception of our Waikele Center and Waikele Premium Outlets Trolley Tour (Tour 10), where we use open-air and enclosed trolleys. Question: Do you have other tours on other islands too? Answer: Unfortunately, we only operate on the island of O'ahu. If you want to have a more flexible way of exploring Hawaii, we suggest buying tickets from The Waikiki Trolley (www.waikikitrolley.com) where you'll have the freedom to hop on and off numerous sightseeing, shopping and dining spots around Honolulu. Question: What is your cancellation policy on tours reserved online? Answer: You can cancel your reservations at any time, but please leave a minimum 24-hour margin between your cancellation and your tour date. This 24-hour margin is needed to finalize everything for your tour. You can cancel your tours by calling our Reservations Department at 1-800-824-8804 or 1(808)-591-2561. Question: Can I change my tour reservations as well? Answer: Yes, you definitely can. Call our Reservations Department at 1-800-824-8804 or 1(808)-591-2561 for tour changes. However, tours cancelled within 24 hours prior to tour schedule will be assessed a 100% penalty fee. Question: What can I bring to the memorial at Pearl Harbor? Answer: Due to the increased level of alert currently in effect throughout the United States, security measures at the USS Arizona Memorial and Visitor Center, USS Bowfin Submarine Museum and the USS Missouri Battleship Memorial have again been implemented to ensure public safety. Effective immediately, the following will not be allowed (subject to change without notice):
A bag storage facility is located in the USS Arizona Memorial parking lot @ $2.00 per item. As we do NOT suggest leaving valuables in the tour vehicle, please leave all non-essential items in your hotel room.
